About Trisha
After travelling for many years, Trish fell in love with the raw mountains and deserted beaches of Crete, after working for many years as a massage therapist and vegetarian chef. She completed her first Vinyassa flow training in Massachusetts 20 years ago and went on to study Vinyassa Flow, Ashtanga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Aerial and Yoga Bugs for children and can often been seen hanging from an olive tree with the goats in her Aerial swing, which is one of her passions.
