About Trisha
After travelling for many years, Trish (British & ‘Born Free”), fell in love with the raw mountains and deserted beaches of Crete. She has trained in Ashtanga, Vinyassa Flow, Trauma Sensitive Yoga and can often been seen hanging from a tree in her Aerial Yoga hammock, which is one of her passions.
She also is a great cook, her cooking is infused by all the countries she ever travelled to.
