Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a captivating and dynamic form of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a soft fabric hammock or swing. Available for all levels, even if you have not tried yoga before, the swing supports you.

About Trisha
After travelling for many years, Trish fell in love with the raw mountains and deserted beaches of Crete, after working for many years as a massage therapist and vegetarian chef. She fell in love with yoga and has trained in Vinyassa Flow, Ashtanga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Aerial and Yoga Bugs for children and can often been seen hanging from an olive tree with the goats in her Aerial swing, which is one of her passions.
